Building lines shall be shown on all lots intended for residential use of any character and on commercial lots immediately adjoining residential areas; the building lines shall not be less than required by the zoning ordinance, but no building line shall be nearer than 35 feet to the right-of-way. Provisions shall be made by deed requiring all enclosed parts of buildings to be set back to the building lines.
