(A) All lots shall directly abut a public street, other than an alley, unless a permanent easement of access to a public street was of record prior to the adoption of this chapter.
(B) All sidelines of lots shall be at right angles to street lines, or radial to curved street lines.
(C) Corner lots shall have extra width sufficient to permit the maintenance of building lines on both front and side. In normal cases the width shall not be less than the amount of the established building lines on the side streets plus a minimum width for a building and any side yard requirements as may be provided for by a zoning ordinance.
