§ 154.070 STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS IN THE FLOODPLAIN.
   All subdivisions which are located in whole or in part within a special flood hazard area (SFHA) as depicted on the county floodplain maps (dated December 4, 1984) prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the National Flood Insurance Program, shall provide that:
   (A)   All aspects of the subdivision shall be designed to minimize flood damage to the proposed subdivision as well as to other properties;
   (B)   All public utilities and facilities, such as sewer, gas, electrical, water and street systems shall be designed, located, elevated and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage;
   (C)   Adequate drainage shall be provided so as to reduce exposure to flood hazards; and
   (D)   For any proposed subdivision greater than 50 lots or five acres, whichever is the lesser, the developer shall show the base flood elevation date for each lot of the subdivision, and if the base flood elevation data is not available, the developer shall compute and provide this data for each lot of the subdivision.
