Not less than two concrete monuments approved by the County Engineer shall be located within the boundaries of simple rectangular plats. Sufficient additional approved concrete monuments shall be placed on large plats to locate all major boundary lines and allow for the re-establishment of all lot corners. Five-eighths inch iron pins shall be set at all lot corners.
