§ 154.066 STREETS IN RELATION TO RAILROADS.
   When the area to be subdivided adjoins a railroad right-of-way, a street shall be dedicated which is parallel to the railroad. The distance of the street from the line of the railroad right-of-way shall be approved by the Committee, but if the intervening property is to be used for industrial, commercial, or residential purposes, the distances shall not be less than 130 feet.
