The plat and surveyor’s certificate shall contain a correct legal description of the parcel of land being platted and the owner shall provide a suitable name or description of the plat not involving a metes and bounds description so that the tract or parcel may be described and known by the name or description on the records in the office of Recorder of Deeds and tax books of this county.
