§ 154.052 PLAT REQUIREMENTS.
   It shall be a requirement of this subdivision review process that all final plats be submitted to the review agency contain the following information:
   (A)   The boundaries of all properties; the lines of all proposed streets with their width and names; and any other portions intended to be dedicated to public use. In the case of branching streets the lines of departure from one street to another shall be indicated;
   (B)   The lines of all adjoining properties; the lines of adjacent streets and alleys, with their widths and names;
   (C)   All lot lines, the number for all lots and blocks; building lines and easements with figures showing their dimensions;
   (D)   All dimensions, linear and angular, necessary for locating boundaries for subdivisions, lots,
streets, easements, and building lines and any other similar public or private use. The linear dimensions shall be expressed in feet and tenths of a foot;
   (E)   Radii, arcs and chords, points of tangency, central angles for all curvilinear streets and radii for all rounded corners;
   (F)   All monuments together with their descriptions;
   (G)   Title and description of property subdivided, showing its location and extent, north arrow, scale of plan, and the name and address of the subdivider, engineer and surveyor platting the tract; also classification of property under the zoning law;
   (H)   Cross-sections may be required of all streets and alleys. Major streets shall, insofar as possible,
conform to the contours and avoid grades in excess of 5%, and attempts should be made to provide similar grades on minor streets;
   (I)   Any private restriction or references thereto shall be shown on the plat and plats shall contain
proper acknowledgments of owners and mortgagees accepting the platting and restrictions;
   (J)   A certificate shall accompany the final plat showing all taxes due shall have been previously paid; and
   (K)   Drainage calculations in accordance with § 154.087(J).
