The final plat shall be drawn (sheet size 24 inches by 36 inches) and shall be at a scale of 50 feet to the inch when longest dimension of tract is 100 feet, 100 feet to the inch when the longest dimension of tract is 1,320 feet, and 200 feet when the longest dimension is over 1,320 feet. In certain instances where the subdivided area is of unusual size or shape, the Committee may permit a variation in the scale of the final plan. Plats must be drawn accurately to whatever the required scale may be. Where necessary, the plat may be on several sheets accompanied by an index sheet showing the entire subdivision.
