The County Board, may approve or disapprove, or in part approve and in part disapprove, the recommendations of the Committee and may adopt any ordinance amending provisions hereof in conformity with the approval, disapproval, or partial approval and disapproval, as a majority of all the members of the Board may by their favorable vote choose to enact.
