(A) The Commission shall meet and elect officers for each calendar year. A Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and a Secretary shall be elected for a term of one year.
(B) The Commission shall meet on a regular basis as necessary to perform its duties, with the Chairperson reporting to the County Board Chairperson for consultation and guidance.
(C) The Commission shall review all proposed Electrical Code revisions jointly with the Control Authority, prepare revisions to this chapter (excluding permit fees), and consult with the Control Authority.
(D) The Commission shall promulgate and adopt any necessary and reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with statute, code, or ordinance as may be required to carry out the purposes and intent of this chapter and its duties and responsibilities under the provisions hereof and shall keep a record of the rules and regulations along with the minutes of all its acts and doings.
