§ 114.26 LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   The County Liquor Control Commission may revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter for any violation or provision of this chapter or for the violation of any state or federal law pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor, or at any time the applicant or, if a corporation, any member of the corporation, or if a partnership, any member of the partnership, has since the issuance of a license becomes ineligible for an application for a new license by conviction of crime or any other provision in the rules and regulations set forth herein, and the license may be revoked if the licensee continues to maintain, after notification by the County Liquor Control Commission, any unclean or unsanitary condition in and about the kitchen, bar, toilet, or other parts of portions of the premises and including disposal of bar wastes and drains of all types in and about the building, and including outside toilets, and continues to maintain unsanitary conditions detrimental to the health of the employees and of the public patronage.
