§ 114.25 LICENSES NON-ASSIGNABLE.
   No license issued under this chapter shall be assignable and a licensee shall permit the sale of any alcoholic liquor as he or she is licensed to sell only in the premises as described in the application and license. The location may be changed only upon the written permit to make the change issued by the Liquor Control Commission, and no change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is a proper one for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor under the laws of this state and this chapter.
