§ 114.23 SANITARY FACILITIES REQUIRED.
   No license or renewal of any license for the sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises where sold shall be granted to any applicant for a new license or for a renewal of any existing license, unless the premises have installed and maintained separate sanitary toilets complete with lavatories and running water for each sex within the building where the liquor is to be sold or consumed, the toilets and lavatories to be connected to either a septic tank or cesspool. All bar wastes and drips are to be connected to the sanitary sewers within the building, and the premises shall in all respects conform to the state laws, rules, and regulations on plumbing, wiring, sanitation, ventilation, fire prevention, and control.
