§ 114.22 TEMPORARY PERMITS.
   The Chairperson of the Board shall have the power to issue temporary permits for the sale of beer to be consumed on the premises of any banquet, picnic, bazaar, fair, or similar private or public assembly where food or drink is sold, served, or dispensed. The temporary permit shall only be issued to a club, society, fraternal, or benevolent organization organized not for pecuniary profit, which shall allow the sale of beer for a period of not more than three days and no more than one temporary permit shall be granted to any club, society, fraternal, or benevolent society in any period of 30 days. Temporary permit fees shall be $50 per day. The holder of the temporary permit shall be prohibited from selling, dispensing, or delivering the alcoholic liquor or beverage during the hours for which the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited to the holder of any class license.
