§ 114.20 LICENSE REGULATIONS, GENERALLY.
   Licenses for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor shall be granted for a term not to exceed one year and all licenses shall expire on June 30 next after the issuance of the licenses. No refund shall be allowed because of the revocation of license or relinquishment thereof by the licensee (provided, however, that in the event territory containing premises on which license has previously been granted by this county is annexed to a city or village, a refund shall be given for the unused portion of the licensing period from the date of the annexation of the territory until the end of the licensing period, and provided further that, in the case of the death or the adjudicated incompetence of the licensee, the executors or administrators of the estate of the deceased licensee, and the trustee of any insolvent or bankrupt licensee and the conservator of any incompetent, shall on application be refunded the proportionate amount of the license fee for the unused portion of the license, and all refunds shall be paid out of the County Treasury on warrant duly issued and executed by the County Clerk and the County Treasurer, on approval of claim for refund by the Local Liquor Control Commission).
