All the regulations and requirements set forth in the Act of the General Assembly above referred to as 235 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq., which relate in any manner to the sale of alcoholic liquors at retail in the territory lying outside the corporate limits of any city, village, or incorporated town, shall be taken and construed as a part of this chapter.
