§ 113.50 PERMITS REQUIRED.
   Anyone wishing to construct or modify an antenna facility, including but not limited to: erection, modification, extension, moving, or replacement of a tower; placement or replacement of an antenna; and placement or replacement of an equipment shelter, shall be required to obtain a county building permit before commencing the work.
