§ 113.06 AMATEUR RADIO/RECEIVE-ONLY ANTENNAS.
   The regulations of this chapter shall not apply to the construction or modification of any antenna facility that is owned and operated by a federally licensed amateur radio station operator or that is used exclusively for receive-only antennas.
