§ 113.02 SPECIFIC PURPOSES.

   In order to achieve the goals identified above, the County Board finds that it is necessary for the health, welfare, and safety of its inhabitants:

   (A)   To establish structural standards for the erection of the towers;

   (B)   To regulate the placement of towers, antennas, and accessory structures;

   (C)   To regulate the appearance of towers and antennas;

   (D)   To require screening and fencing around tower sites; and

   (E)   To require the demolition of abandoned towers.
