For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENTERTAINMENT OR RECREATIONAL EVENT. Any event held on private property which is open to the general public, with or without an admission fee, whether for profit or not for profit, where patrons attend for social or pleasure rather than business reasons. This definition shall specifically exclude church-sponsored events held on church property, any event held at a site which is already licensed through the county zoning ordinance for the type of entertainment or recreational event proposed, and events which are expected to attract 100 or fewer patrons.
TEMPORARY EVENT. One which is limited to a maximum of 30 consecutive days.
