It is unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made or for any person in possession of property to knowingly allow on such property any excessive or unusually loud noise or any noise measured or unmeasured which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity within the limits of the city.
