505.16 KENNELS; NUMBER OF DOGS RESTRICTED.

   (a)   No premises located in a residentially zoned area shall be used for the business of raising, boarding or breeding dogs, nor shall four or more dogs, over the age of three months be permitted upon a residentially zoned premises at any time.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon conviction of a first offense, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon conviction for a second offense, and a misdemeanor of the third degree upon conviction of a third and subsequent offense.
