505.15 WILD, DANGEROUS OR UNDOMESTICATED ANIMALS.
   (a)   No persons shall keep, maintain or have in his or her possession or under his or her control a wild, dangerous or undomesticated animal within the City.
   (b)   As used in this section, "wild, dangerous or undomesticated animal" means any animal which is not an ordinary household pet, but which would ordinarily be confined to a zoo, be found in the wilderness of this or any other country, or otherwise cause a reasonable person to be fearful of bodily harm or property damage.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offenses shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 10-1997. Passed 2-13-97.)
