505.13 KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK.
   (a)   No person shall keep hogs, mink, chickens and other fowl, horses, cattle or other livestock in violation of this section.
      (1)   The fence, wall or other enclosure or building in which hogs or mink are kept shall be located at least 300 feet distant from any building used for human habitation or occupancy, other than the residence of the owner or keeper of these animals.
      (2)   The fence, wall or other enclosure or building in which chickens or other fowl, horses, cows or other livestock, except hogs and mink, are kept shall be at least 100 feet distant from any building used for human habitation or occupancy other than the residence of the owner of such animals or fowl.
   (b)   Manure from any stable, hog pen, chicken house or other enclosure and from all private premises within 100 feet of a house of human occupancy shall be removed at least once each month and shall under no circumstances be allowed to accumulate until it becomes a nuisance.
   (c)   (1)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
      (2)   If, upon written notice from the Mayor and/or conviction hereunder, the owner or keeper fails to comply with this section within thirty days of receipt of such notice, the owner or keeper shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
      (3)   One who is guilty of any subsequent violation after thirty days notice or conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for each subsequent offense.
