505.11 HUNTING PROHIBITED; SMALL GAME TRAPPING; AUTHORIZED ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM.

(a) No person shall hunt or trap any wild animal, fowl or other game within the corporate limits of City, regardless of the weapon, instrument or device used; except that small game trapping by means of a box (live) trap, conducted in accordance with state law. Any person authorized by the Chief of Police while participating in a City authorized animal control program or any person participating in a City approved and regulated hunt is not prohibited.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
