351.17 EMERGENCY CONDITIONS.

In case of unusual traffic conditions, the Mayor shall have authority to designate additional portions of the streets within which, for the duration of such traffic conditions, parking shall be prohibited, such action to be in the form of written order filed with the Clerk of Council. Such order shall constitute a traffic order of the Municipality and no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle within any such areas as so designated.
