183.11 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

   The Director of Finance shall receive and collect the taxes herein imposed; enforce collection of such taxes; make and enforce necessary regulations; determine the amount of tax owed and make investigations; compel production of records; prosecute those who violate the terms and conditions of this chapter; keep all information gained in the administration of this chapter confidential and disclose or divulge the same only in a court of law upon order of the judge.
