183.07 INTEREST ON UNPAID TAX.

All taxes imposed and all moneys withheld or required to be withheld by hotels, motels or the manager thereof under the provisions of this chapter and remaining unpaid after they become due shall bear interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month or fraction thereof. (Ord. 13-1975. Passed 3-27-75.)
