161.16 CLASSIFIED SERVICE.

All employees in the classified civil service shall be subject to the disciplinary and grievance procedures specified by applicable civil service laws and regulations and not the procedures in this chapter when such procedures conflict or provide duplication. All employees covered by binding collective bargaining agreements shall be subject to the agreement provisions only when any such provision conflicts with a provision of this chapter.
