161.14 COMPENSATORY TIME.

An employee may elect to receive compensatory time instead of paid overtime. Compensatory time shall be received as one and one-half hours for every hour worked as overtime. Request of compensatory time off shall be approved by the Department Head then forwarded to the Mayor. Maximum accumulation of compensatory time will be 120 hours. (Ord. 53-1998. Passed 6-25-98.)
