154.02 COMPOSITION; MEETINGS.
   (a)   The Records Commission shall be composed of the Mayor, or an appointee of his choice who will act as chairman, the Finance Director, the Director of Law and an additional citizen appointed by the Mayor.
   (b)   Once established, the Commission shall appoint a secretary to serve at its pleasure.
   (c)   The Commission is authorized to employ an archivist to serve at its direction.

   (d)   The Commission shall meet at least once every twelve months.
