153.02 VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER'S DEPENDENTS' FUND AND BOARD.

Under the provision of Ohio R.C. Chapter 146, there is established a volunteer fire fighters' dependents' fund to be administered by a Volunteer Fire Fighter's Dependent Board which shall be composed of and have such powers as are set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
