148.02 LAND CONSERVANCY BOARD.

   (a)   The Land Conservancy will be controlled by the Land Conservancy Board comprised of the Mayor, President of Council and three resident land owners who are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.

   (b)   Civilian Board members will serve a three (3) year term in the interest of seeking out the acquisition of vacant land which is most beneficial for the City. All recommendations from the Macedonia Land Conservancy Board will be made to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation to the City Council who will have final approval for the acquisition of such vacant land.
