147.09 PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.

There shall be, and there hereby is, a Parks and Recreation Department, which shall include the Director and such other employees as Council shall provide. Such employees shall work under the general supervision of the Director and shall be appointed by the Mayor, with confirmation by the majority of the members elected to Council.
