147.04 OFFICERS.
At its first meeting in any year, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson and select all other necessary officers to serve for a period extending throughout that year, and may employ such other persons as are needed. However, no member can be elected as chairperson for more than two consecutive terms. The Commission shall adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of all of the business within its jurisdiction. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall act as Commission secretary and shall be a non-voting member of the Commission. The officers, rules and employees of the Parks and Recreation Board shall continue for the Commission until changed.
