143.02 TERM; VACANCY.

The appointments of the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals shall be for a term of five years . A vacancy occurring during the term of any member of the Board shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner authorized in the original appointment. No member of the Planning Commission shall be eligible to serve on the Board.
