123.03 NOTICE OF LEGISLATION.

   Any legislation, resolutions or ordinances of a general or permanent nature, which are to be considered by Council at any regular or special meeting, shall be presented to each Council member by placing same in their mailbox at City Hall and/or sent to their City e-mail address no later than forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled time of the regular or special meeting at which such legislation is to be considered. This rule may be dispensed with upon a vote of four of the members of Council. The vote on such suspension may be taken separately or in conjunction with the suspension of the rules relating to three readings, and shall be taken by yeas and nays, separately on each piece of legislation, and the Clerk shall enter such vote on the Minute Book, together with the names of members voting yea and those voting nay.
