123.01 NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF LEGISLATION.

(a) The Clerk shall give public notice of the enactment of the ordinances and resolutions of Council by posting the same at a conspicuous place in City Hall, at a location open to the public.

(b) Each ordinance and/or resolution shall be posted for a period of not less than thirty days, and shall be posted within one week after its enactment by Council and effective date pursuant to the provisions of the Charter.
