121.03 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COUNCIL.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant Clerk of Council. The Assistant Clerk of Council shall perform all of the duties of the Clerk of Council in the absence of the Clerk of Council and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Clerk of Council.
