121.01 MEETINGS.
   (a)    Council shall meet in regular session in Council Chambers, on the second
and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. Should any holiday fall upon the date
for a regular meeting, Council shall meet on the day established by motion of Council
at any meeting prior to such holiday.

   (b)    The Mayor, or any three members of Council may call special meetings of Council upon at least twelve hours notice to each member, served personally or left at the member's usual place of residence.

   (c)    When there is reason to believe that the number of persons desiring to attend a session of Council shall exceed the permitted seating capacity of the Council Chambers, the Mayor or the Fire Chief shall advise the members of Council of such condition and shall make arrangements to hold that session of Council at a time and place capable of seating the number of persons anticipated. If the Mayor or Fire Chief determines that the Council session must be moved from the Council Chambers, the Mayor or Fire Chief shall insure that each member of Council is informed of the change with at least twenty-four hours notice and shall insure that the public is likewise informed of such change. In addition, the Mayor or Fire Chief shall post a notice at the Council Chambers of any such change of a Council session.
