105.07 ATTEMPT.

The requirements of actual notice of any regular, special or emergency meeting shall have been complied with if the Clerk makes a reasonable attempt at such notice. No action by any Body, Board or Commission shall be invalid if there is a reasonable attempt at actual notice by the Clerk.
