105.02 NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING.

   (a)    The Clerk of Council or the clerk or secretary of each board or commission shall post a statement of the time and place of regular meetings of such Municipal Body for each calendar year not later than the second day preceding the day of the first regular meeting of the calendar year of the Municipal Body and, shall check at reasonable intervals to insure that such date remains so posted during such calendar year. Revisions of meeting dates for regular meetings, must be changed immediately on such posted statement by the Clerk at her first reasonable opportunity during normal business hours.

   (b)    The Clerk or secretary shall post a statement of the time and place of any organizational meeting of a Municipal Body at least twenty-four hours before the time of such organizational meeting.

   (c)    Upon the adjournment of any regular or special meeting to another day, the Clerk shall at her first opportunity during normal business hours promptly post notice of time and place of such adjourned meeting. (Res. 85-1975. Passed 1-22-76.)
