Section 18.02 Charter Review.

Provisions shall be made by ordinance of the Council for review of the Charter by a Charter Review Commission at least once every five years, beginning from and after the date of its adoption. The Charter Review Commission shall consist of one Council member, elected by Council, and six qualified electors of this Municipality, which electors shall be appointed by Council and the Mayor. The Commission shall elect a chairperson and recording secretary. (Amended November 7, 1989)
