Section 12.02 Application of Civil Service Regulations.

   The Civil Service Commission shall provide rules for all appointments, promotions, demotions, suspensions, discharges, and appeals with respect to those positions and employees in the classified service provided such rules and regulations are not inconsistent with applicable Charter and ordinance provisions. The general laws of Ohio shall apply to civil service of the City, when not inconsistent with the Commission’s rules and regulations and applicable Charter and ordinance provisions. (Amended 11-2-99)
