Section 9.05 Removal.

The Director of Law can be removed by the Mayor. The Director of Law may appeal the removal to Council. Council shall consider such appeal, may hold a public hearing concerning the appeal, and may overturn the removal upon four (4) affirmative votes of the members of Council.

The Director of Law can be removed by Council by four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council.
