903.01 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL, REPLACEMENT, AND INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS.

(a) No person shall construct, enlarge, repair, replace, remove, or otherwise alter any sidewalk without first obtaining a permit and paying the fee set forth in Section 1121.03 concerning sidewalks.

(b) No sidewalk shall be constructed, enlarged, repaired, replaced, removed, or otherwise altered except in accordance with this Chapter and plans approved by the City, or as otherwise authorized by the Macedonia Codified Ordinances.
