   Section 8.02 Qualifications and Term.
   The Director of Public Safety shall be qualified by training and experience to direct the operation of the Police Department and Fire Department.
   The Director of Public Safety shall serve until removal as provided in Section 8.06 hereof, or upon written resignation.
