Section 6.09 Removal.

The Director of Finance can be removed by the Mayor. The Director of Finance may appeal the removal to Council. Council shall consider the appeal, shall hold a public hearing concerning the appeal, and may overturn the removal upon four (4) affirmative votes of the members of Council.

The Director of Finance can be removed by Council by a four (4) affirmative votes of the members elected to Council
