Section 4.01 Legislative Authority.

All legislative power of the Municipality under this Charter, together with all such powers conferred upon Municipal legislative bodies by the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, shall be vested in the Council which shall consist of five (5) members, elected at large.

Each Councilman shall have authority to introduce ordinances and resolutions or offer motions at regular or special meetings of Council. (Amended 11-3-09)
