1377.03 MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS.

(a) All commercial swimming pools and family swimming pools shall be maintained and kept in good working order so the water remains clear and free of pollutants and debris, or drained and kept dry.

(b) Inoperable in-ground pools shall follow the “pool abandonment procedures” as determined by the City Engineer.
